Discocyrtus melanacanthus Mello-Leitão, 1932 is a species of the genus Discocyrtus from Itatiaia, Brazil. [1]

"Discocyrtus melanacanthus n. sp. ( Big. 98 ) - 8mm. Near D. tenuis. Femuri IV straight. Cephalothorax and marginal areas black, areas I to IV with the granules on roast yellow spots, spines of area III black ; legs dull chestnut."
