Eutimesius miles Sørensen, 1932: 293, fig 10 (types ZMUC, 2 & syntypes). Synonymy established by Pinto-da-Rocha, 1997a.

Xanthostygnus fractus Mello-Leitão, 1949: 32; Pinto-da- Rocha, 1995a: 196 (type MNRJ 5303, % holotype). Synonymy established by Pinto-da-Rocha, 1997a.
