Körper hoch gewölbt; die ersten fünf Segmtnte des Abdomens bilden ein Dorsalscutum, welches vier hintereinander stehende Mediandornen trägt (Scutumhinterrand unbewehrt). — Augenhügel weit vom Stirnrande entfernt, nicht höher als breit und lang, lang bedornt. — Coxen der Beine mit je einer vorderen und hinteren Randreihe dreispitziger Höckerchen. Beine kurz; I. Femur etwas kürzer als die Länge des Körpers; I., III. und IV. Femur ohne, II. Femur mit 1 Pseudogelenk.
